How are you today? I guess you are missing your classmates and teachers. For this reason, your teachers have created a video to encourage you to stay at home. I´m sure we will see each other very soon.
These are the activities for today!
ENGLISH
1. Read a book in Travelers.
2. On your notebook, activities 1 and 3 on page 59.
NOTE: Too much is used with uncountable nouns. Too many is used with countable nouns.
3. On the comments area, write problems about where we live using a few, enough, too much and too many. Then, reply to a classmate´s problem, writing a solution.
For example:
Student A: Problem - There´s too much rubbish in our neighbourhood.
Student B: Solution - There should be more rubbish bins in the streets.
SCIENCE
We have already learnt about the physical environment and the living things in an ecosystem.
Today, we are going to learn about one of the ways that the living things are interrelated in an ecosystem. All living things need food to survive and living things eat each other.
This concept is shown in food chains. Food chains show how living things feed on other living things in the ecosystem.
1. TASK: Use visual thinking to show the following concepts on your notebook (use a double page):
- Food chain.
- Producers.
- Primary consumers.
- Secondary consumers.
- Tertiary consumers.
- Scaverngers.
- Decomposers.
- Food web.
You can learn about this:
- Reading your Natural Science book (pages 48-49).
- Watching these videos.
